Shipping Options

CLAYPODS currently provides 2 shipping options:

1) Standard Shipping - Cost depending on location

2) Members Shipping - FREE

2) Premium Shipping - (Coming Soon)

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 24 hours - the day they are ordered. If you have made any
mistakes, such as entering the wrong address, contact our Online Chat & Refund Helpdesk before your CLAYPODS have been processed; we are not responsible but can retreive the order if contacted immediately. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, text or your members account.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If you are a member continuously track the status of all your CLAYPODS online.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

CLAYPODS is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All national fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and will be included at checkout depending on your location.

Damages

CLAYPODS is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however our shipping partners are. If you order is damaged, contact us so we can file a claim with our shipment carrier. Please photograph all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with our Online Chat & Refund Helpdesk. Then we can be fully at your side for the quickest refund or replacement.

International Shipping Policy
